Assay Method of Baclofen  / Tablet

Buffer	Take 1.5 gm Sodium -1-Pentane Sulfonate & 10 ml of Glacial Acetic Acid in a 500ml   volumetric flask and make volume with water.
Ratio	Methanol: Buffer º 60 : 40
Diluents	Take 50 ml Methanol & 10 ml of Glacial Acetic Acid in 500ml volumetric flask and made volume with water for the preparation of diluents.
Standard	200 mg ----® 100 ml (Shake 15 minutes)
Sample	Same as standard.
Condition	Waters Spherisorb 10 mm ODS1  4.6 ´ 250mm./ 40º C / UV at 265 nm / 10 minutes.

Assay Method of Betahistine Didydrochloride / Tablet

Solvent	0.1N HCl
Standard	40 mg ----® 100 ml ----® take 2 ml ----® 50 ml  (Shake 20 minutes)
Sample	Same as standard. Measure the absorbance at 260 nm taking 0.1M Hydrochloride Acid as blank.

Assay Method of Bisprolol Hemifumarate  / Tablet

M. Phase	To a 500 ml portion of diluent add 2.5 ml heptaflurobutyric acid, 2.5 ml of diethyl amine and 1.25 ml formic acid. Mix, filter and degas.
Diluents	Water and Acetonitrile (65:35)
Standard	50 mg ----® 50 ml (Shake 20 minutes & Sonicate 5 minutes)
Sample	Same as standard.
Condition	Waters Spherisorb C8 10 µm 4.6 ´ 250mm./ 40º C / UV at 273 nm / 15 minutes.

Assay Method of Bisacodyl / Tablet

Sample

Shake a quantity of the powder containing 40 mg of Bisacodyl with 70 ml of chloroform for 30 minutes, dilute to 100 ml with chloroform, mix, filter and dilute 10 ml of the filtrate to 100 ml with chloroform. Measure the absorbance of the resulting solution at the maximum at 264 nm using chloroform as blank. % of content =   Absorbance of Sample x 100 / Concentration of Sample x 148

Assay Method of Bromazepam / Tablet

Solvent	Methanol
Standard	25 mg ----® 100 ml ----® take 1 ml ----® 50 ml  (Shake 15 minutes)
Sample	Same as standard. Measure the absorbance at 234 nm.Use Methanol as blank.

Assay Method of Bromhexine Hydrochloride / Tablet

Solvent	Methanol
Standard	25 mg ----® 50 ml ----® take 2 ml ----® 50 ml  (Shake 15 minutes)
Sample	Same as standard. Measure the absorbance at 249 nm Use Methanol as blank.

Assay Method of Bromocriptin  Mesilate / Tablet

Sample	Weigh and powder 20 tablets. To a quantity of he powder containing 5 mg of Bromocription into a 100 ml volumetric flask, add 70 ml of methanol (50%) , shake for 30 minutes & dilute to 100 ml with the same solvent mixture. Mix well & filter. Measure the absorbance of the supernatant solution at the maximum at 305 nm, taking 144 as the value of A (1%; 1 cm) at the maximum at 305 nm.
